The staff were really outstanding: helpful, concerned about any problems and willing to sort them out as well as friendly and capable. Office staff (Viv Wilkins) was super efficient and answered queries very quickly as well as adding helpful information without being asked. We also appreciated the leeway readily given when a glitch delayed the payment of our deposit for a few days beyond the due date. We had already decided on a week in the Dolomites between the end of one tour in Tuscany and another in Rome. We're a couple with significantly different walking abilities and the program offered choices which suited both of us plus assistance in undertaking the walks. Access to self-catering was also a factor
