First time with Collett's
First time with Collett's, and to the Dolomites - the telephone chats at early stages with knowledgeable and friendly advisers played a big part in answering key questions, and building confidence. Flight times meant that we arrived mid-way into dinner: we were made to feel welcome, and quickly absorbed into it all. Expectations exceeded: we had an outstanding room, in a very comfortable and well-maintained chalet. We were enormously impressed by the levels of engagement, commitment, enthusiasm and support on all sides - especially by Caroline and her Angelo team. An admirable 'Collett's ethos' was evident and distinctive. We were lucky to coincide with John Scanlon's last day of WW1 walk - fascinating. It was also clear that Keith as Artist added a difference. A suggestion might also be to consider an option for eg 'conversational Italian' teaching, as another form of non-walk activity?
