Been before. Like the staff, the chalets and good value for money. We skied with Sam and Emma on two consecutive days. Both were excellent and took us to nice places for coffee and lunch. Emma was particularly thoughtful in that she said she had sun cream if anyone needed it, and pointed out toilets at the lift stations in case they were required. Although the dinner was excellent, the meals were a little unbalanced. For example, one night we had a large portion of pasta as a starter, followed by meatballs & mashed potato, then a large piece of apple strudel. The next night we had soup, salmon, panna cotta. Several of us felt that the first meal was over-heavy and it would have been better to have had the pasta starter on the salmon main course night for example. We loved the regional specialties...particularly the spinach dumplings. Your staff are excellent - all very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We were impressed by their ability to drive safely at such a young age. They all seem to be genuinely interested in their guests and spent time with us after meals, when they presumably didn't have to. The quiz was great fun. Of all the staff, we would mention Seb as being extra-outstanding! He was so engaging, funny and a delight to spend time with.
