The Hotel – Today’s Posta Zirm has been 200 years in the making, a project fuelled by the passion of the Kostner family. Buon Appetito! – The Posta Zirm provides fabulously refined cuisine; a mix of traditional and contemporary Mediterranean delights, largely sourced locally and sustainably. An breakfast buffet set you up perfectly for the day. You can go hearty or healthy, whilst a good selection of organic products, vegan choices and certified gluten-free products are the norm.As for dinner, every evening is a culinary gem with memorable meals, complimented by local cheeses, grand desserts and tantalising salads, notably the traditional potato salad recipe of Cherubina, Franz’s grandmother! On Sundays, the chef showcases the Alta Badia’s sensational local cuisine at a weekly gala dinner after a complimentary aperitif at the bar.
Guests can also choose to eat in the Taverna, the hotel’s vibrant public restaurant, which includes a grill and wood-fired pizza oven in addition to a wide range of gastronomic classics.
