1. Winners of the First Prize of 7 days for 4 people, sharing two rooms can choose the accommodation and board of their choice in the Dolomites or Pyrenees.
2. Luxury Suites at the Sport Hotel in Arabba and Panoramic Suites at the Hotel Melodia in Pedraces are only available at a supplement.
3. Runners up will win a 4 night walking break at Collett’s delightful walking lodge in Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales. These are date specific and subject to availability.
4. Prize holidays are subject to availability and do not include flights, car hire, airport transfers, holiday insurance or activities supplied by third parties. Unless otherwise expressly stated, where the prize requires attendance at a specific destination, the winner and any permitted companions will be solely responsible for travel to and from the venue and all other expenses. Collett's assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which winners may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize or for any delays or cancellations associated with the prize.
5. Winners and their friends will be notified separately and must attend the holiday of their choice during the same 7 days and location together.
6. Prize winners should be adequately insured for their destination choice, travel and all other holiday expenses. Collett's is not responsible for insuring any of the winning parties.
7. Data Protection Statement - We have measures in place to protect personal information held by us. Rest assured any information you submit will not be passed on to any third parties.
8. All email and address details of you and your friends are required for entry to the draw, on entry to the draw it is understood that you have permission to enter your friend into the prize draw and that you have permission to use their home and email address.
9. On entry, anyone that has not received a Collett's Mountian Holidays brochure will be sent one, further option to unsubscribe will be made available in the mailing and/or email.
10. The draw will be made on 15th October 2010.
11. The Prize Draw runs during the Prize Draw Dates from the 27th May 2010 until the specified Closing Date of midday on the 15th October 2010.
12. Entries received after midday on the 15th October 2010 and time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
13. There is no monetary equivalent to either prize.
14. The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Each winner will be notified within a reasonable time after the Draw Date or any subsequent draw either by email, mail or telephone. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at Collett's discretion.
15. Collett's will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up the specified prize.
16. Collett's reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
