Frequently Asked Questions

The best time to go walking in the Dolomites is between June to late September. In June and July you can experience alpine flowers at their finest while in bloom. September is then often an ideal month with cooler temperatures and a more relaxed atmosphere. Availability in August can be limited as this is the main holiday period for European countries, when both the trails and towns will be busier. Take a look at our blog for more information on walking in the Dolimites by month.

If it looks like you will use multiple lifts during the week, we highly recommend purchasing a ‘points pass’. These cost €100 for 1000 points. There are also other passes such as the 3 out of 4 or 5 out of 7 cards which cost between €140-180. Up to date information can be found on the Dolomiti Super Summer website.
