If flight times from your preferred UK airport are not too compatible with our airport transfer arrangements, then a popular option is to fly in a day or two early and have a short stay in Venice. In winter, Venice is enchanting and less busy (except at Carnival time in February). You can leave any unwanted baggage at Left Luggage at the airport, enjoy Venice and make your way to meet our airport transfer at your leisure. Arriving at St. Mark’s Square on the boat from the airport is one of the most breathtaking ways of entering the city. There is at least one boat every hour - see www.alilaguna.com
