Just complete the form and return it to us and we take care of all the necessary administration thereafter. Your car hire voucher will be sent to you 3 weeks before departure along with step-by-step directions to Arabba, Corvara or Pedraces. Driving from the UK is popular and very viable. And having a vehicle in the Dolomites will greatly enhance your holiday. The route via Bavaria and the Brenner Pass is delightful. You should allow 12 to 15 hrs. driving time from Calais. Whilst some people share the driving and do the trip in one 'go', we recommend an overnight stop. This should leave you to complete the stunning second leg of your journey at leisure. All you need to do is complete and return a booking form and we will send your tickets to you three weeks prior to departure, along with detailed directions from Calais to your destination in the Dolomites. For £66 return per person, we offer airport transfers from VENICE MARCO POLO and VENICE TREVISO seven days a week. It is not a tailor-made taxi service, as you may not be our only inbound or outbound passengers on that particular day. We tend to meet people mid/late afternoon on the day of their arrival, whilst an early start from Arabba or Pedraces is common on your day of departure. If you are the only 'transferees' for that day, we try to coincide our transfer times exactly with your flight times. We endeavour to keep waiting to a minimum, but it can be unavoidable, so don't book an airport transfer unless you are completely relaxed about waiting. If, before or after an airport transfer, you have time on your hands in Venice or Treviso, contact us for advice on how best to enjoy a little time in these beautiful towns. Some people use our Venice & Treviso Hotel Booking Service and tag on a night or two before (or after) their stay in the Dolomites. In any event, three weeks before your holiday, we will send you the exact times of your transfers with details of where to meet us. We strongly recommend you buy a comprehensive insurance package at the time of booking (or certainly prior to purchasing flights or booking ferries etc.), so that everything is covered in the unlikely event of you having to cancel for an 'insurable reason'.
