The High Rope Garden at the Cortina Adrenalin Centre is a ‘must’, but not for the faint-hearted. Even if you do have a head for heights, it will take your breath away at some point. You cannot fail to be exhilarated by the cables, bridges, cargo nets and ladders, all suspended high above the ground, not to mention the amazing flying fox zip wires. You can also hurtle down the Olympic bob-run at about 70mph in the 'taxibob'. In the Val Pusteria, there is whitewater rafting and canyoning, whilst in Corvara, tandem paragliding is available.
Some of the challenges that await you on the three graded courses at the High Rope Garden in Cortina.
Mountain bikes can be hired locally and we can supply you with routes to suit different levels of fitness. For more gentle options, you could try boating at Lake Alleghe or golf at the Campolongo Pass just above Arabba and Corvara on Europe's second highest course, where even the most focused will be driven to distraction by the awesome backdrops. There is outdoor swimming at Corvara and indoor swimming at La Villa and Canazei. Perhaps the most enchanting way of enjoying these landscapes is to get on a horse and hack out on to the plains above the lowland valleys. Horse riding is available at Longiaru and Pedraces.
