| Special Offers for Summer 2010 in the Italian Dolomites |
If you are looking for a special offer this summer, visit our website or click here. Whilst we are traditionally busy in June, July and September, certain periods in August are often difficult to sell and so we are doing some special deals. I think people are concerned the area is too busy or too hot in August. It certainly gets busy around the weekend of 14th August for the national holiday ‘Ferr’agosto’, but this brings a delightfully vibrant and festive atmosphere to the villages and the mountains. Soon after, the villages empty out, making the second half of August one of the best times to walk in the area. As for the heat, it is rarely intolerably hot in this mountainous part of Italy. |
