Location & Views – Chalet Brigitta’s location is unrivalled for a skiing holiday in the Dolomites. Tantalisingly close to being a genuine ‘ski in, ski out’ chalet, this accommodation sits right on the Sellaronda next to the superfast 6 man Burz chairlift (with heated seats). After skiing, it is a short 250m stroll to the bars, shops and restaurants in the attractive village centre. The secure ski room with heated boot racks comprises part of the chalet’s garage just over the road.
The Chalet – Chalet Brigitta is a B&B, hosted by our good friends of 30 years, Helen and Brigitta. It is impeccably clean and attractively presented. With 6 en suite bedrooms (all with balconies, two with interconnecting single bedrooms), it is particularly handy for budget-conscious groups of experienced skiers, who simply want to ski, drink, eat and sleep. On the ground floor, it has a characterful breakfast room, where Ellen provides a hearty Tirolean breakfast buffet
At the other end of the day… a bit of apres-ski, something to eat and then bed, with or without the nightcap. Arabba is a compact and pretty ski resort with several excellent restaurants and pizzerias, so sorting dinner is easy. Finally, all guests have the use of a secure ski room with heated boot racks.
