Looked on internet for walking holidays in Spain. Came up with Colletts amongst others, and Colletts suited our wishes best. We were met by Sarah and the welcoming could not have been better. When we met each of the other staff, we had the same greeting. Excellent. We had a very pleasant send off by the young staff and the hotel's Lily. We were sadto be leaving. 1. We had a car problem. It was useful that Mo was fluent in Spanish to help me at the garage. All your resorts should have a fluent speaker in the local language. 2. The survey could be sent out earlier. To be completed almost immediately after arriving home. 3. Having lovely and helpful people at the end of a phone line felt as if we were all part of the 'family'. Please don't become so successful that you finish up with needing a call centre. 4. and a final big THANK YOU.
