We have received luggage tags in the past which were very useful and good quality. Unfortunately my tag was lost in baggage handling. Catering in chalet this year was excellent throughout the week. The chef was imaginative and the standard of catering better than previous years. We were very impressed that there was an attempt at breating a Burn's Supper. Well done to John, really good standard. The quality of the wine is not so good. I appreciate that this is not important for everyone. Collett's staff made every effort to help us, without appearing too pushy. We were very fortunate to ski in groups of no more than four or five and just on one occasion a bigger group but with two members of staff. We paid for our ski pass using a credit card and paid a 2% surcharge, which I find a little irksome given the overall cost of the holiday. We think the pricing is about right. We like the company ethos. We like the accommodation. We like the Dolomites and we have made some good friends. Thanks to staff in resort who helped make our holiday so enjoyable.
