We went on a Collett's ski holiday to Arabba 2 years ago when due to an enormous amount of snow we couldn't leave the resort in time to meet our aircraft. Collett's approach to this 'act of God' was excellent - we stayed an extra night in another hotel where food and wine was provided free of charge until we could be delivered to the airport. The measure of a holiday company isn't how it performs when everything is running on rails but rather how it reacts to unforeseen events - which in this case was exemplary - and consequently our confidence in returning! Value for money? Yes and peace of mind - at no time did we feel like 'punters' but rather guests that were hosted by mature, well educated and immaculately mannered Collett's staff. Your company's USP is the quality of your hosting/guiding provided by ALL YOUR STAFF - please keep it up - and we'll keep returning!
