Make a Booking

Booking a Collett's holiday is simple.

Firstly clarify the dates you wish to come (Sunday - Sunday) and check that we have them available by calling us on 01763 289660 or feel free to make an enquiry here.
We will be happy to hold your dates whilst you book your flights or other travel arrangements.
Once you have booked your flights please call us to confirm your arrangements with your flight details.
Remember, to avoid a late arrival in the mountains, we do not meet flights arriving at Venice after 5pm. Also, to avoid too many pre-6am transfer departures on the last day of your holiday, we do not drop off for homebound flights departing before 10.30am

On confirming, we will send you a booking form whilst holding the accommodation in your name. We will also send other documentation allowing you to pre-book Ski Lessons etc. On return of the form with the relevant £75 per person deposit (payable by cheque, debit or credit card), we will immediately reconfirm your booking. The final balance is due eight weeks prior to your departure. Booking Conditions are available here.

Three weeks before you go, we will send you our Guest Handbook, which will help you make final pre-departure preparations. It includes packing suggestions and other information to whet your appetite and help you hit the ground running.

We will be happy to help and advise on flights and travel arrangements. Most people use our airport transfers, which we operate from Venice Marco Polo and Venice Treviso Airports, but some drive from the UK or make their own fly-driving arrangements. See Travel & Insurance.

Hosted Chalets - prices are per person based on two people sharing a room and include airport transfers, bed and breakfast for 7 nights, a three course dinner with wine included for 6 days, resort representation and itineraries offered by our outdoor staff five days a week. Self catering price includes gas, electricity, bed linen and towels - minimum group sizes apply.

When can you come?

Our holidays run from Sunday to Sunday throughout the season, including Christmas, New Year and Easter (see below). Saturday is the main changeover day in the Dolomites and this makes Saturdays one of the best days to be out in the mountains and means the final day of your holiday will be memorable. The skiing and walking areas are deserted and often you feel as if you have the place to yourselves. As Sunday is the busiest day of the week with local people heading to the mountains for their day off, it is a good day to be in transit.
