Excellent Holiday
Fifth time to Chalet Haus Valentin. Colletts is the only company that provides organised snowshoeing at a location where the skiing is also excellent. The ski hire is now improved with booking skis on line with a promotion code. The hire shop shuttle bus was also very useful covering the shortfall of a minibus at HV. Another excellent Holiday - many thanks to the staff who were as responsive, welcoming and as good fun as ever.
Wonderful Group Holiday
Dear Tom and all your brilliant staff, I must write to you to congratulate you all for a most wonderful trip to Pedraces. It was with quite a bit of trepidation that I booked for 32 older skiers to go to the Dolomites with Colletts. However I had nothing to worry about. From the very first contact with your office I was reassured and all booking details were handled with efficiency and courtesy. When in the resort at the Haus Valentin and Hotel Melodia, Dan, Emily and the rest of the team were outstanding. They dealt with me and the other group members in a professional and personal way, and nothing was too much for them. You are fortunate to have these young people working for Colletts. Please pass on my thanks to all involved, and to the chef and staff at Haus Valentin, for what was a really memorable trip. We hope to share another ski holiday with you soon.

Excellent Holiday
I just had to let you know that we’ve had another excellent holiday at Haus Valentin. All the staff from our last visit had moved on, to be replaced by an equally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful bunch. The lovely Emily was there too, helping out – we had met her there 2 years ago. Our friends Glenn and Pat enjoyed it immensely too. Glenn is training to do the 3 peaks challenge at the end of May – with Mike Chadderton – so he did all the more difficult snow-shoeing days out while Pat, Paul and I did the more moderate routes. We also all went tobogganing again, my favourite part of a winter holiday in Badia.
The first couple we got chatting to turned out to be good friends of a couple we met on the very first walking break at Eastfield Lodge – it’s a small world! And of course we met Phil once again, always a pleasure.
So thanks for organising it all, Viv, and do pass on our thanks to all concerned at Haus Valentin.
Great Skiing
Being a lone skier, I was looking for a chalet style operation in Italy and you filled the bill. I had a great week's skiing. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxed, and the staff had just the right level of informality. Very enjoyable. I will have to see about coming back!
Great Trip!
We had a great week on our first visit to the Dolomites and with Colletts. Hopefully it will not be our last. Chalet Alpi in Corvara was very comfortable and we much appreciated all the ski guiding, general organisation and friendliness of the Colletts staff. Thank you.
Corvara - Spectacular!
I can not begin to really tell you what a fantastic week Maxine and I had! My return to the Dolomites after many years was a dreamscape of wonder and overwhelming beauty. Fantastic snow and superb weather. Alpe di Siusse was the pinnacle of the week.....every corner offering a breath halting moment. The Hidden valley was also a major highlight. Great runs, live music and our OK pose! It was my first experience of Colletts. What a fantastic and attentive team of superb characters......Jo and Alice getting a special mention for their fantastic, easy and entertaining company. Want to come back right now!!!! A huge thanks for some special memories. x

Chalet Verena, Corvara
Back just yesterday from a glorious week of skiing in the most spectacular location. Perfect weather conditions of deep snow and lots of sun. Each day something new, from seeing the beauty and extent of the Dolomites, from the vantage point of the Marmolada (over 3000m), to skiing the peaceful, relaxing and simply beautiful Alpe di Suisi and being towed by horses after an idyllic ski through the Hidden Valley.
All of this, truly enhanced by Collett\'s enthusiastic, genuine, warm and friendly staff team. Nick, Sarah and Lynn couldn\'t have done more to satisfy people with special diets (or those like me who are in the main just fussy eaters) with their lovely food.
We had fantastic ski days out guided by Jo and Alice, who were an absolute pleasure to be with (and supremely patient - as were all the staff). This was my fourth time in the Dolomites, the first with Collett\'s...it won\'t be the last.

First Winter Holiday
On every occasion I have contacted the office all the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were on a delayed flight into Venice from Manchester and Lynne dealt with the situation brilliantly. The delay must of had an impact on all the arrival arrangements re transfer and at the chalet. It was all dealt with efficiently and without fuss and we were welcomed with a wonderful evening meal. Thank you. The ski days were organised brilliantly and the local knowledge of the colletts team makes the ski days that more special. We loved the days to the gorge and the frozen waterfalls and to the hidden valley. We are returning guests with Collett's but this was our first Winter experience. A huge thank you to all the Collett's team at the Chalet Verena for your hospitality which enhanced the enjoyment of our holiday. We had an outstanding week!

Wonderful Holiday
What a wonderful holiday we had with Colletts. The staff were a wonderful enthusiastic group of young people, we (the only ones there from Africa) felt very much at home, loved being with people of all ages and cannot commend you all enough for giving us such a great week. We were very sad to leave.
