The following are details of a special offer for the pre-Christmas week, a 12 day New Year holiday, and a 12 day early January Holiday which are available to anyone booking prior to the 6th of May 2010.
New Year 2011

Early January
Special Offer for 12 Day Holiday - 4th to 16th January 2011
- Price includes: Bed, Breakfast (12 Days), Three Course Dinner with Wine (9 Days); Optional Participation in Ski Days and/or Snowshoeing (9 Days); Airport Transfers to and from Venice. (Transfers available from Innsbruck at £36 per person return).
- Offer prices are as follows:

Chalet Verena List Price £1020 - Offer Price £895pp - Save £125pp
- Prices are per person based on two people sharing a room and are subject to availability.
- Single persons - supplements only apply if single rooms are not available - Add 50%
- Prices include participation in our programme of organised ski days, snowshoeing and winter walking. This is available five days a week throughout the winter and is completely optional.
Making a Booking
- If you would like to make a booking, please contact us by telephone on 01763 289660 so we can confirm your chosen accommodation is available. Remember you can arrive and depart on whatever day suits you. Accommodation enquiries can also be made online at here via our website enquiry page.
- We will send you a booking form, whilst holding the accommodation in your name.
- On return of the form and a deposit of £75 per person, we will immediately reconfirm your booking by email. Deposits can be paid by cheque or by debit or credit card.
- The final balance is due eight weeks prior to your departure. We will send you a Statement of Account as a reminder or on booking, you can authorise us to debit automatically the balance using a credit or debit card.
- Three weeks before your holiday we will correspond with you for the final time sending you our Guest Handbook with packing suggestions, directions and arrival instructions for fly-drivers and self-drivers and lots more information to whet the appetite and to help you hit the ground running.
- We are happy to hold rooms without commitment while you finalise travel plans or make arrangements with family or friends.
Payments
- We accept Cheques, Debit Cards and the following credit cards Visa & Mastercard.
- Please note: Unfortunately, bank charges dictate that we have to make a 1.5% charge to all credit card transactions - there are no charges for debit cards or cheques.
- We are fully bonded with ABTA and AITO guaranteeing 100% financial protection.
