Hotel Melodia del Bosco is a delightful alpine hotel in the centre of the South Tyrol offering luxury in beautiful wooded surroundings. It sits in a great location just above the village centre,and close to Haus Valentin where we hold Office Hour and meet for our organised itineraries.

The Hotel Melodia del Bosco is one of the most enchanting hotels in the Alta Badia and sits in stunning surroundings in a delightfully tranquil spot just above the attractive village of Pedraces. Like Haus Valentin just along the lane, its views are sensational. The village is two minutes away on foot and it is just a 5 minute stroll to the chairlift, although there are several beautiful walks you can do from the door along riverside trails, through woodland and exquisite alpine pastures. This makes Hotel Melodia (and Pedraces) an ideal destination for people choosing to come here to snowshoe, walk or ski.

Spectacularly renovated two years ago, the hotel combines natural materials and modern concepts for maximum comfort. The bedrooms are stylish, very comfortable and more than spacious with immaculate en suites, a separate WC and balconies with outstanding views.

Walkers, snowshoers and skiers gather in the mornings at Haus Valentin a couple of minutes from Melodia del Bosco and gaze at the surroundings before setting off for the day. As for the skiers, the lifts are not far but it is a tricky walk with skis and boots, so we run a minibus shuttle to and from the pistes in the morning and afternoon, we also shuttle Skiers to La Villa only 4 minutes by car.

In the stylish health spa, choose from the Finnish sauna or the steam bath and let the whirlpool ease your muscles. There is also a solarium and a small gym.

The food here is superb; an extensive breakfast buffet will set you up perfectly for an active day.
