Chalet Barbara is undoubtedly Arabba's premier chalet. You can indulge yourself in an impressive level of comfort and luxury after a long day on the pistes.

Breakfast in Chalet Barbara - Arabba

Chalet Barbara is at the top of the village about 500m from the centre. The views from here are magical and you can see eastwards right over the village to Monte Cherz and the Col di Lana, south to Porta Vescovo and Sass Capello and north west to the Sella Massif, which looms impressively behind the chalet. Access to the Sella Ronda and Dolomiti Superski is superb from the chalet.

Inside, the bedrooms are plush, exquisite and spacious, and almost as exciting as the pistes outside. You can even open and close the shutters electronically from the comfort of your bed! Each bedroom has its own extensive balcony and a luxury en suite bathroom, (most with a hydro-massage bath to ease those apres ski muscles!) On the ground floor, along with the bar and breakfast room, there is a turkish bath, sauna and 'tepidarium'. For a small charge, guests can use the pool and spa in the Sport Hotel Arabba just 2 minutes walk away.

We do not host Chalet Barbara ourselves - it is run by the owners, the Pra family, who also run the Sport Hotel just down the road. Whilst breakfast is served in the chalet itself, dinner is taken at the Sport Hotel each evening, and includes a salad buffet and 3 course meal. Wine is not included with dinner here. As a Collett's guests, you can still make the most of our organised downhill ski days and the services of our resort team.
