Accommodation Prices

Notes

• Arrive Anyday - Depart Anyday.
• Prices are per person per week based on two people sharing a room.
• Calculate the price of stays that are no 7 days on a pro-rata basis.
• Prices include participation in our programme of Organised Walks. These are available five days a week throughout summer and are completely optional.

Making a Booking

• If you would like to make a booking, please contact us by telephone on 01799 513331 so we can confirm your chosen accommodation is available. Remember you can arrive and depart on whatever day suits you. Accommodation enquiries can also be made online here via our website enquiry page.
• We will send you a booking form, whilst holding the accommodation in your name.
• On return of the form and a deposit of £75 per person, we will immediately reconfirm your booking by email. Deposits can be paid by cheque or by debit or credit card.
• The final balance is due eight weeks prior to your departure. We will send you a Statement of Account as a reminder or on booking, you can authorise us to debit automatically the balance using a credit or debit card.
• Three weeks before your holiday we will correspond with you for the final time sending you our Guest Handbook with packing suggestions, directions and arrival instructions for fly-drivers and self-drivers and lots more information to whet the appetite and to help you hit the ground running.
• We are happy to hold rooms without commitment while you finalise travel plans or make arrangements with family or friends.

Payments

• We accept Cheques, Debit Cards and the following credit cards Visa & Mastercard
• Please note: Unfortunately, bank charges dictate that we have to make a 2% charge to all credit card transactions - there are no charges for debit cards or cheques.
• There is a 5% charge for all Bank Transfers.
• We are fully bonded with ABTA and AITO guaranteeing 100% financial protection.

Reductions

Low Season, Two-Week Stays, Triple Occupancy

• low season - 5 % off until 8th June (excl.) and from 16th September (incl.)
• two-week stays - 5% Discount
• group walking holidays - Discounts apply. Contact us for details.
• triple occupancy - 10% off each occupant

Supplements

• single persons - Add £145 per week

Hotel Sabocos

• All bedrooms are en suite.
• Half-board prices include bed, breakfast and three course dinner (with wine included) six evenings per week (not Wednesdays).
• Packed lunches are available every day apart from Wednesday and can be paid for locally.
• Bed & Breakfast guests are welcome to dine in - Just let us know the day before.
• Towels are provided and rooms are cleaned every day.
• For stays of 5 nights or more - get a complementary pass for the Panticosa outdoor pool.

Self Catering

• Self catering prices include gas, electricity and bed linen.
• Towels are NOT provided in El Fondon (standard self catering) unless pre-booked.
• Towels are provided in La Ripera (superior self self catering).
• El Fondon has a double sofa-bed in the living area & discounts are applied when this is used.
• Self catering guests are welcome to dine in Hotel Sabocos - just let us know the day before.
