Panticosa will provide you with good access to a range of mountain activities and other interesting days out whether you want an adrenalin rush or something more relaxing. Needless to say, if you intend to participate in any of the outdoor pursuits that are dotted around the region having your own independent transport is essential.

Panticosa has an outdoor swimming pool, which is open during July and August. The view from the pool in Panticosa is magnificent - see picture at the top. Panticosa is also ideally located near to Banos de Panticosa where guests can either enjoy some well deserved rest and relaxation or indulge themselves with a treatment or two.

Mountain bikes can be hired from Hotel Sabocos and we can suggest routes to suit different levels of fitness. A slower and more sedate way of enjoying the scenery on both the French side and the Spanish side is to go horseriding, which is available from Tramacastilla and Bious-Artigues.

Other activities such as canyoning and high ropes courses are also available and are only short drives from Panticosa. Trips to suit all levels of ability can be organised.

In addition, from Panticosa guests can enjoy a variety of watersports such as windsurfing and canoeing, take a guided ascent of the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, or try their hand at quad biking.
