The Liébana Valley

Collett’s is based in two neighbouring villages, Potes and Tama, in one of the most beautiful valleys in Spain. They enjoy sensational mountain backdrops and are superb springboards for walking holidays, stunning alpine flora and other alpine activities.

In Posada el Corcal, very much like our hosted chalets in the Dolomites, you can enjoy the comfort of attractive en suite bedrooms, stunning views and the self indulgence of warm and unassuming hospitality, whilst also relaxing in the informal and friendly atmosphere of a ‘home from home’ with other like-minded guests.
Posada el Corcal – Tama
Our base in the Picos de Europa is the beautifully appointed Posada El Corcal. Run courteously and with unassuming efficiency by the Soberon family. El Corcal is in a charming rural setting in the hamlet of Tama alongside the road between Potes and Panes near the Picos National Park. It is less than 2km (5 minutes in the car) to Potes, but you can also walk there in 40 minutes along a riverside track.
